can a restaurant charge a deposit of 100 0/0 for a reservation for an event? They also want id and credit card
Posted on Jan 03, 2010 under credit card | 9 Commentsupon making brunch reservations for Easter Sunday, the restaurant faxed a form to me asking for full payment, calling it a deposit, and also wthey want my picture id along with the credit card faxed to them. Is this legal?
