Many people have said this will cause tons of problems but Hillary has basically said there's no evidence for it. She has said in her debates that independent economists have said this will work out fine. What do economists really think the effect will be and why?

I have a friend who is a broker and he was supposed to either lock me at 4.75 for 15 yr. fixed loan or 5.5 for 30 yr. fixed loan.
WHichever I could qualify for. Well he did neither, so now did I miss the lower rates??? Will I have the opportunity this month to refi at 5.5 or below??? DOes anyone know? And if you go with a broker I read to not go with one who charges YSP charges? Any help would appreciate it. I have excellent credit

By some clerical error one of my credit cards got overpaid by a thousand dollars! I ended up way overdrawn on my account because of this and my bank is assessing me a lot of fees, plus my other bills haven't been paid because of this. I already called the credit card company and they were willing to refund my money but it would take two weeks to a month before I would receive anything.
My bank is also trying to force the credit card company to refund me my money but even that will take a while. I have bills to pay and it honestly seems as if the credit card company are dragging their feet trying to give me back my money(The customer service rep told me that they had to take time to process everything, but do they really need that much time?). I am becoming very frustrated and angry and I need advice on how to force them to give me my money back now. Please help
Thanks to all who have answered so far. I'm adding a few more details, I can't pay my bills with the card because it is a store card, the payment was already processed and the company had already assured me they definitely have the money. I'm just starting a career as an enlisted personnel in the military and I honestly can't afford to wait around for the processing, I just don't get paid enough and I have no one who can loan me money at this time. What makes this situation even more aggravating is that, my credit limit on the card is not even $1000 dollars, but not only did I pay the final balance I also ended up paying twice the credit limit as well.
I have already talked with my bank about the fees and they will only forgive them when this matter is resolved. So until then I have approximately $140 in fees and that will continue to climb until this is all finished.
