I have a Visa card and i was wondering how do i pay it, all at once or one check for every purchase?

My credit card got overpaid and I need to get my money back?

By some clerical error one of my credit cards got overpaid by a thousand dollars! I ended up way overdrawn on my account because of this and my bank is assessing me a lot of fees, plus my other bills haven't been paid because of this. I already called the credit card company and they were willing to refund my money but it would take two weeks to a month before I would receive anything.
My bank is also trying to force the credit card company to refund me my money but even that will take a while. I have bills to pay and it honestly seems as if the credit card company are dragging their feet trying to give me back my money(The customer service rep told me that they had to take time to process everything, but do they really need that much time?). I am becoming very frustrated and angry and I need advice on how to force them to give me my money back now. Please help

I'm adding a few more details, I can't pay my bills with the card because it is a store card, the payment was already processed and the company had already assured me they definitely have the money. I'm just starting a career as an enlisted personnel in the military and I honestly can't afford to wait around for the processing, I just don't get paid enough and I have no one who can loan me money at this time. What makes this situation even more aggravating is that, my credit limit on the card is not even $1000 dollars, but not only did I pay the final balance I also ended up paying twice the credit limit as well.
I have already talked with my bank about the fees and they will only forgive them when this matter is resolved. So until then I have approximately $140 in fees and that will continue to climb until this is all finished.

I had purchased a product online and it is something they can email to you. Only problem is it is not living up to my standards or what I need and ask for. Would I be able to get a refund with my credit card? I mean I spent a lot of money on this item and I want my money back if it is not going to benefit me and give me what I asked for.
