any mortgage guys out there?
Posted on Jan 08, 2009 under mortgage |I'm a commercial lending account executive and with the rules of commercial lending am able to pay hefty referal fees to brokers/loan officers directly out of escrow. One of my brokers just cashed a check this month for $170k for referring me a sports complex in AZ that I procured financing on. He didn't know a thing about commercial loans either. We do all the processing in house so all I need is a name and phone number.

I already work Residential Real estate and mortgages but am very interested in learning the Basics of commercial lending and real estate….What would be a good way to get into it?
