It's tough beginning to pay back student loans because the money isn't the best right now, but will be later hopefully.

Currently I hvae a debt to income ration of 30 percent. I know that banks do not want your percent to be above 35. If I try to get a car loan where my payment would be 100 dollars, that would put me at 37 percent. Would they still do the loan or would i just be wasting my time? Also, Is there any bank that I would actually have a chance with?
By the way, I do have a really good credit score.

If you are to pay off a student loan in full, can you negotiate a lower payoff dollar amount? If so, how?
This is an existing loan I've had for a while.

different government agencies or private agencies that offer loans that you can use for whatever reason but you do not have to pay back regardless of your credit,no questions asked.
